Road Cycling
What are some places in Asia that have decent road cycling and bike racing scenes?
I have heard that in some places, cyclists are not tolerated. I have also heard that some places have racing scenes where most riders are sketchy. I am moving there next summer and would like to check out as many places as I can in China, Japan, South Korea, etc., assuming that I’ll have to stay away from huge cities. Any advice on where to go would be appreciated. Thanks
Northern Thailand has great roads/mountains/even bike races. Chiang Mai area. Some Japanese teams come down to train in the mountains.
