id like to invest in a great bicycle..
not sure if that will be a sport one or what..
but id like to hear some advice from the enthusiasts on here

The biggest mistake newbies make is buying a bike they like, rather than the one they need. Kind of like buying a mini-cooper cause it is cute, when what you need is a big ol’ SUV. So, if you are going to ride on streets and roads, and bike paths… a road bike is what you want to get. Either the drop bar ‘racer’ or the hybrid. If you want to ride nothing but trails and go over big rocks… then a mountain bike.

Stay within your price range. And, buy a bike made by Trek, Specialized, Cannondale, or Giant. They make the best mass production bikes out there.
